Morgan Ramos joined ASA Properties in January 2024 as a Property Accountant. In this role, he focuses on creating company financials and modeling future projects. Prior to joining ASA Properties, Morgan gained valuable experience working with industry leaders in property management and banking. A New Braunfels native, Morgan holds a degree in Finance and Management from Texas State University, where he participated in managing the school’s endowment fund. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, and swimming.
