Hunter Milburn joined ASA Properties as a Development Analyst in March 2025. Prior to that, he served as an Analyst and later an Associate at a San Antonio-based real estate investment firm, where he was involved in sourcing, acquiring, and financing a range of projects. His experience ranges from the repositioning of multifamily assets, ground-up light industrial development, and rural land transactions.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys hosting gatherings with his wife, spending time outdoors with their two rescue dogs, watching college football, and tackling home improvement projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University.
