Chris Waggett serves as Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at ASA Properties, where he leads strategy and execution for the non-residential components of Veramendi, including office, flex, retail, and hospitality use. Chris brings broad and deep experience across development, investment, asset and property management, and operating businesses, working with public and institutional partners as well as private and high-net-worth investors.
Chris’s international career spans the UK and Continental Europe, followed by development and funds management roles in Australia, and, for the past 19 years, development, investment, and asset management in the United States, based in Denver, Colorado. His global perspective and hands-on approach support ASA Properties’ vision for thoughtfully planned high-quality commercial environments that complement the community as a whole.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University in London and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, food and travel, reading, mountain biking, skiing, and discovering all that Central Texas has to offer.
