Stuart Hansmann currently serves as Development Manager for ASA Properties and is responsible for managing various vertical and horizontal construction contracts. He is a life-long resident of New Braunfels and attended Texas A&M University where he earned his BBA in Finance. Stuart has 30 years of experience in highway, industrial utility, and commercial building construction.
Stuart is actively involved in various community activities. He is currently a director for the New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation and served as the Board’s president from 2015-2019. Stuart is a member of the Wurstfest Association of New Braunfels, serves on the Board of Directors for the Sophienburg Museum and Archives, and was a member of the New Braunfels 2019 Bond Advisory Committee. Stuart is a graduate of Leadership New Braunfels class of 2015, and was recognized as a “Pillar of the Community” by the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung in July 2018.
